Function
As a Business Analyst, you drive the digital transformation by optimizing Office 365 solutions across the bank, with a focus on (PNP PowerShell) scripting. Taking over key scripting tasks, you’ll manage and enhance Office 365 for a seamless, efficient experience bank-wide. Working in a social, agile team with daily stand-ups, you handle a variety of tasks—from troubleshooting and ticket management to delivering engaging workshops that empower internal clients to get the most from Office 365. You collaborate directly with colleagues across the bank, set up trainings, and guide them in practical, optimized digital workflows and crafting custom solutions to meet business needs. Requirements
To be successful as a Business Analyst, the following should apply:
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in areas such as IT support, business analysis, application management, Office 365 solutions, or similar;
- Experience with Powershell and Office 365 is a plus;
- Proactive in managing projects and driving IT solutions;
- Driven to foster strong internal relationships and provide support;
- Results-oriented, team-player, analytical, and communicative;
- Eager to work in an open and collaborative team;
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).

- Gross annual salary of €70-85K, depending on your background and experience;
- 13th gross month;
- Study budget of €1.500;
