They provide professional investors (including professional traders, market makers, brokers, and investment parties) access to financial markets around the world and make it possible for these clients to trade in financial products. These investors are further supported in complying with laws and regulations.
Functie
As a Medior Data Consultant, you are the bridge between IT and business when it comes to data management. The role combines consultancy, IT technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, making you a key player in ensuring that data is managed effectively across its lifecycle. You will work closely with data product owners, data custodians, IT teams, and business units, playing a crucial role in maintaining data standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The increasing importance of data in driving business operations and innovation has led to the implementation of a distributed Data-Mesh architecture, which sets the stage for future growth. With the foundational datasets already in place, the bank is now ready for the next step: developing new information products for the business.
Functie-eisen
To be successful as a Medior Data Consultant, the following should apply:
- 1+ year of relevant working experience in areas such as; Finance, Risk, Operations, Clients, Data Governance, Data Management or similar;
- Highly analytical and IT data-driven;
- MSc in (Quantitative) Finance, Financial Economics, Econometrics, or similar;
- Knowledge from and experience with data governance policies and the ability to optimize data processes;
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey requirements clearly;
- Effective collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders across international teams;
- A proactive, curious, and results-driven mindset with a can-do attitude;
- Fluent in English.

- Maximum gross annual salary of €60K (40 hours), depending on your background and experience;
- Study budget of €1.500;
- Monthly pension contribution;
